Our yoga offerings emphasize functional movement, relaxation, and nervous system regulation, making them the perfect complement to massage therapy and Reiki. Each class is guided with care, encouraging students to listen to their bodies, move at their own pace, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and supported. We believe yoga should be accessible, approachable, and restorative.
Our goal is not perfection in poses, but creating space for balance, breath, and self-care—both on and off the mat.

The class length is 60-minutes. If you have not attended before, arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your intake form.
